Feeling nervous...

My friend just called me and told me she needs to show me something. She sounded excited and we booked a time for when I'm back from my vacation. I don't know what I'll do if she comes to me with an ultrasound picture or something showing she's pregnant. They've had troubles getting pregnant and I would be happy for them if they were but I would be sad for me...
