- get pregnant the first time we tried
- not get pregnant if we weren't trying
- go through a trimester each day
- have no miscarriages
- fertility treatments would increase the NUMBER of babies born, not just make it possible for people who are infertile to have kids
- there would be no infertility
- and... if there were miscarriages, after 1 day, we'd be out of the woods
